I like the product and I thought it was a good value. I have no idea about longevity though, since she has only worn it one day. The ordering process was relatively smooth except when I tried to select the birthstone. I selected a particular month but by the time I got to my shopping cart and checked out, the birthstone somehow changed back to the display month. I then called and had no problem switching the month after talking to an associate and received a confirmation email confirming the change. To this point, I have been satisfied with the purchase experience and the product.
