Returns and Shipping Information

Thank you for your Roma purchase. We take great pride in producing beautiful, high-quality products that are fashionable and functional.  We hope you love the item(s) you purchased as much as we do. When things don’t turn out as expected, we want to do everything we reasonably can to make things right. To expedite this process, please review our return policy below. *Please note: Policy is applicable for orders within the United States only. International orders please refer to the bottom of this page.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders totaling $100 or more (after any applicable discounts are applied). Orders not totaling $100 or more will ship within the United States for a flat rate $5.99. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee at checkout. 

We ship internationally with preferred shipping rates to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, The Netherlands, Ireland, India, Great Britain, Brazil and Germany.  Shipping rates may vary and are calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping.  

All items shipped outside of the United States are considered FINAL SALE and our regular return policy does not apply. See bottom of page for details. 

Shipping fees and package protection are non-refundable

 

RETURN POLICY

Upon receipt of a Roma product, please inspect and notify us of any issues as soon as possible; we will work with you to arrange a speedy replacement (if possible) or refund per policy. 

CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE

Clearance items purchased are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of close-out or final-sale items. (These terms will be indicated in the original sale.)

WITH ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is being returned due to manufacturing defect or error made by Roma.
  • Items returned in insufficient packaging (paper envelope, for example) will be refused and no refund issued. 
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned item(s). 
  • In regards to our return policy, all dates are counted from the actual date of purchase.
  • If a refund is not possible due to deactivated card or any other reason, a gift card will be given equal to the original purchase price less shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
  • We cannot accept returns of close-out or final-sale items. (These terms will be indicated in the original sale.)
  • Package refusal will result in a 10% restocking fee plus incurred shipping costs.  

 

30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE – FOR ANY REASON

If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason within the first 30 days, you may return your purchase with all legal tags intact for either a refund of the original purchase price less shipping or a replacement item of equal value.

UNWORN RETURNS

31 – 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE - UNWORN:

Roma will accept items that have been UNUSED, UNWORN that are STILL IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee of the original purchase price.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. To return an item that has been purchased within the last 31 - 90 days, contact support@romadesignerjewelry.com 

  

MANUFACTURER DEFECT WARRANTY

A manufacturing defect is a defect in a product that was not intended and does not include issues that arise from regular wear and tear. 

0 - 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE - MANUFACTURER DEFECT:

In the event of a manufacturer defect within the first 90 days of purchase, we will replace the item, or provide a Roma gift card equal to the original purchase price.

91 – 180 DAYS FROM PURCHASE - MANUFACTURER DEFECT:

In the event of a manufacturer defect within 91 – 180 days of purchase, we will provide a Roma gift card equal to 75% of the original purchase price.

181 - 365 DAYS FROM PURCHASE - MANUFACTURER DEFECT:

In the event of a manufacturer defect within 181 – 365 days of purchase, we will provide a Roma gift card equal to 50% of the original purchase price.
