If you don't love your new jewelry, send it back for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Roma Designer Jewelry will accept jewelry purchased from our website for return or exchange in the U.S. under the following conditions:
Purchases made using AfterPay can be returned, but are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process.
Upon approval, an email with return instructions will be sent.
A refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Gift-card purchases are eligible for a non-refundable merchandise credit.
All products purchased through affiliates are subject to a 30-day return policy.
You will be required to send the item(s) to Roma Customer Service and include your name, contact information and detailed instructions as to what you’d like to exchange and/or return and original printed sales receipt.
Manufacturer warranty for online purchases is applicable to any defect in material or craftsmanship. Please contact customer service immediately if goods arrive damaged.

Items returned without pre-approval will not be refunded and will be returned to sender at sender's expense.
Most returns/exchanges are processed within ten days of receipt. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
Jewelry purchased through other retailers are subject to that retailer’s return/exchange policies and should be contacted directly.
