This is so lovely. Sparkles and dainty. Great customer service. First one I received had a knot in the chain that I couldn’t get out. They exchanged it very quickly with a perfect one. I like the 20” length because I tend to wear my necklace at anout the 16” length and don’t really want the “tail” inthe back to be too long. . Only problem is the 20” isn’t long enough to put on and take off without opening the clasp. Not that big of a deal. I still love it.
